Working through the problems with the site was taking me about 10 hours every day, so I went to the forums on joomla.org. The answers led to one conclusion: my server-provider was behind the times. From a list of servers worldwide that support Joomla, I selected Rochen for several reasons. One is the up-time. The big one, though, the big, big, big one, is that I saw strong evidence that you were not a reseller, that there were real people here who knew their stuff, and you post on your site your entire configuration, hardware, software, structure, protocols, procedures, versions, and some other stuff I don't even understand.
